I'm a Welsh artist specialising in hand-drawn charcoal pet portraits
and hand-painted pieces with the occasional digital illustration.
I myself have three pets who I adore, and will usually be spending my free time
playing and cuddling with them!
I hope to spread joy through my art, so whether it's a beloved pet or a
cherished scene I'd love to create something special just for you.

Usage & Rights
- Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may not be used for profit.
- I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
- Reposting my art is OK, but please give credit @Emilyflorenceart.
Pricing
- Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
- I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request, or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
Payment
- Payment is via invoice. An invoice will be sent to you. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the final check is approved, the remaining amount must be paid in full before I package and send your commission.
- If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but before the final sketch update, I can provide a partial refund of 25% maximum.
- In the rare event that I cannot complete the commission, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have done. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum.)
- Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour to me during the process will result in cancelling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.
Process & Timeline
- Please provide visual references. Non-visual references will be declined. Providing full references helps me to better fulfil your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes.
- Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me two months maximum to complete the commission, in the case something arises. I value quality and detail, therefore spending many careful hours on each piece from start to finish. You are welcome to ask for updates though I will normally provide them at each stage of the process, sketch, process, and final check.
- I will send progress images throughout the process of the commission. At the start I will send you the sketch and layout for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed with the artwork. After that, three minor revisions may be requested during the process, and up to the final review. Any big change deemed by me will incur an additional fee of £2 for a sketch or £10 for the other artworks to be paid before I make the adjustments.
- Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your approval and the rest of the payment. When the artwork is accepted, I will package and send your commission within the next three working days. You will receive a message once I have posted the artwork.
- I am not in control of the speed of delivery once posted and hold no responsibility over this.
